Live ~ Laugh ~ Knit

I LOVED knitting this sweater.

This is an inspired design by Bonne Marie Burns, called Cinnie.  I knit mine in Elsebeth Lavold's Bambool.  This pattern/design has so much going for it:
  • Flawlessly written.
  • Easily modified for sleeve and body length.
  • Lace pattern is written and charted.
  • It is completely manageable to learn to read your stitches to know where you are in the pattern.
  • NO SEWING! NOT ONE STITCH!
  • Extensive size options with finished chest measurements 31 (35, 37, 39, 41, 43, 47, 51)"
I would happily knit this again in a neutral color as a "go to" garment and in the shorter length as a topper to dresses.

The stockinette on the body balances out the lace on top.  The shape is flattering for all body types.

I am looking forward to teaching it as a class at Westport Yarns this fall.

I love the longer sleeves. What if any modifications did you make for the longer length as far as circumference of arms?
