Tickled Pink

Michelle's Curlicue Coverlet is two thirds complete.  She'll probably finish it sometime next week.  She wants to learn Tunisian crochet.  There is a pattern in the book, Get Hooked on Tunisian Crochet, that she is interested in.  It's called Mystifying Embrace.
Diane has gotten her lace scarf down to a science.  There are a few rules, this is something she works on when no one is around, she works four rows at a time, and she keeps a lifeline going at all times. (Strangling Vine Lace Scarf in Handmaiden Sea Silk, color Blackberry.)
She had enough leftover yarn to knit another Bernat "From the Middle "blanket. She just changed the order of the colors to maximize the yardage.  (First Blanket)

Mary's Crystal necklace, Estee, is going great.  Michelle is going to pick a different color of Crystal so the three of us can share and make several different pieces.

Linda is tickled pink (pun just happened, really) about the sweater she is embarking on.  The pinky-peach color fabic on the needles is yarn from Linda's mother's stash, which she inherited.  She is going to knit a top down v-neck sweater using her mother's yarn and then the Classic Elite Seedling for a colorblock effect to make up the yardage required for the pattern.

Mary, Michelle, and I looked through Vogue Knitting's Crochet Magazine and saw several things that we liked.  To name a few, #36 Cardi Shawl, #37 Lace Coat (a combination of Tunisian crochet and broomstick lace), #38 Bobble Hat, and #39 Shell Crochet Bag.

So many projects, where to begin!
