After almost 3 wonderful years, I'm sad to say that my LYS and home away from home is closing up shop. I've thoroughly enjoyed working with the most amazingly talented staff and blessed to have met many wonderful and creative customers. I've learned so much here, I feel it's not only made me a better knitter/crocheter - it's made me a better person.
The store's closing will represents a lifestyle change for all of us at Knitting Central (click here for more information). The online store will remain open and classes will continue until the doors close for good.
This is the second time I've worked through a yarn store closing, Knit Together in Stamford being the first. It doesn't make it any easier. Knitting/Crocheting communities are like families and it's easy to make connections and hard to say good bye. As Cynthia said, this will begin the "next chapter" for us all.
Once the store closes, I will add more times and locations to my Stitch and Chat classes. Please click here if you would like more information.

Pam: We're all heartbroken with the news. I'm so grateful though, for all that Cynthia has given us. I've learned so much, met so many wonderful people (like you) and learned how much I didn't know I didn't know about knitting. Best of luck with your next chapter. Please stay in touch. I'm more than happy to make a shout out for you for your next endeavor. Hugs - Jennfier
Thanks, Jennifer. That really means a lot. I will definitely keep in touch.
Very sad indeed! After a 2-year hiatus, I was so looking forward to getting to know the KC family.
