The 3/50 Project
I recently learned about the 3/50 project and think its really important. It's a plan to save our local economies, 3 (brick & mortar) stores at a time.

This IS a great cause...I've been doing it for a while and Knitting Central is part of my effort. I also support the small bookstore in my town (which has closed 2 times in the past 15 years and reopened to huge relief of the community). Let's hope more people do the same.
