I have 2 crochet classes coming up at Knitting Central.
The first class is a Crocheted Sampler Blanket class beginning this Monday, May 4th from 6:30-8:30, there are 6 session. This class will really bolster your crochet confidence. You'll learn new stitches, crocheting seams, border stitches, and most importantly how to read crochet patterns with confidence. Here are a couple of pictures from the last class series.
Michelle B. knit hers in Artyarns Supermerino, 3 solid colors and 1 multi that tied it altoghether beautifully.The second crochet class is a Crocheted Shawl. This is a great "bridge" project from advanced beginner to more complicated patterns. You will learn a foundation single crochet chain, extended double, and a beautiful border pattern. The shawl sits perfectly when completed.
This is a 2 session class beginning Monday, May 18th 11:30-1:30. Check Knitting Central for more details.
This pattern will accomodate any weight yarn. Sample was knit in Filatura Di Crosa, Semana.
