Rose came today, YAY! It was so wonderful to catch up. I can't remember the last time we saw each other. Michelle and Rose shared pictures of their grandsons. We talked about learning toe up socks and magic loop (both upcoming classes this summer at Knitting Central). Rose brought her swatch for the Lacy Tank from Tahki's Cotton Classic Spring/Summer '06 book. She caught a little grief for such a small swatch ;).
We worked on charting and learning the duplicate stitch so Michelle can put her sons initials on the afghan she knit him in Berroco Comfort.
Michelle began swatching for the Noro Silk Garden Ribbed Jacket (pattern #y798). Elizabeth is making the same jacket. The pattern really shows off Noro to its finest.
