Random Trivia

I've never understood the importance of why buttons for boys/men sweater are on the right front of a sweater and on the left front for girls/women.

I learned that the traditional reason for it lies in that women were dressed by their maids and men dressed themselves. That never occured to me.

Like I said, random trivia. :)

I think I heard once that it also has something to do with access to weapons--swords, etc.

Cool! I know that handshakes originated so that men could indentify if the other had anything "up his sleeve".
