Trammi has 12" more to knit on Outline, a teacher gift. This needs to be completed first (before school ends).
Next in line for completion is a blanket she is knitting for a new nephew. She's on the last strip of the Shop Sampler. Yarn is Plymouth Arequipa (Worsted: 90% Merino, 10% Bombyx, 218 yards).
It's been a while since she worked on this top in Anzula Dreamy (Fingering: 75% Merino, 15% Cashmere, 10% Silk, 385 yards) and Artyarns Beaded Silk & Sequins (DK: 100% Silk, 110 yards). We were able to determine where she left off based on her stitch count and her notes. She was off one decrease and had rip back.
The top is worked in the round and needs a beginning round marker and a halfway marker. I love what she did: green marker for go (halfway marker) and orange for stop (beginning of round marker). Very clever.

Michelle finished the Collina Blanket in Berroco Comfort (Worsted: 50% Nylon, 50% Acrylic, 210 yards).
Now she's working on an adorable Elephant on Parade Blanket in Rowan Softknit Cotton (Worsted: 92% Cotton, 8% Nylon, 115 yards). She explained some Elephant lore, elephants mean good luck and health when their trunk is up.
Eleanor wore here #409 Cool Hemp Ponchette in Rowan Softknit Cotton and is loving it.
She is down to one project, Annabella's Cowl. We had to find her some projects to knit. Luckily she came in with two ideas in mind.
The Quilt & Cable Blanket in Cascade Eco Plus (Bulky: 100% Wool, 478 yards). This yarn is a real workhorse. It knits up beautifully with great stitch definition. Michelle knit the same blanket a while back and loved the result. Eleanor picked out a medium navy to match her home decor.
The Little Fisher Cabled Pullover for her grandson in Plymouth DK Merino Superwash (DK: 100% Merino, 130 yards). While searching for this pattern she came across another pattern that cast on with a contrast color as a design element. It looked really nice. She's going to see what she has leftover at home. She may also change the neckline to a crew neck versus roll neck.
Calann was swatching for the Poncho Air Lux in Katia Air Lux (Fingering: 70% Rayon, 30% Wool, 328 yards). Michelle and I have the same yarn for the same pattern, so we had a vested interest in her progress. Between the yarn being a little fuzzy and reading the chart, it was slow going. I gave her some plain yarn to practice with and get the stitch down. That made a big difference. Then I translated into the chart into written instruction.
I think Michelle and I will begin ours now too. Strength in numbers? Misery loves company? The more the merrier? Time will tell.
Calann checked in on her #409 Cool Hemp Ponchette and has some more knitting to do. It's going to be fabulous in the Blue Heron Rayon Metallic (DK: DK: 88% Rayon, 12% Metallic, 550 yards).
Cindy started her Merino Cloud Gradient Cowl.
