Wednesday's Stitch and Chat ~ Finished Projects!

Tada! Lois finished her Noble Cowl.
Lacey and Lovely.

She cast on for the Anthro Branch Cowl with Tosh dk
(dk weight, 100% merino, 225 yards).

I love happy knitters wearing their finished knits. Elizabeth in her Caffe Vest.  After looking over the pattern last week, she chose to knit a narrower collar.

She was swatching for the Postwar Mittens pattern and was having a tough time getting gauge.  She was using yarn she used for another Fair Isle mitten pattern, so what could be the problem?  Yes, I'll tell you.  The yarn for the Postwar Mittens is fingering weight.  She was using dk weight.

Barbara reached the point of decreasing on her Queenie hat. She finally got onto the circulars only to be headed for double points again. It really is a cute hat pattern sized for kids and adults.

You can text in your projects for the blog.

Here is Diane's first grandchild (congratulations!) wearing the cabled  baby bunting. she knit. So Cute (the baby, of course)!
Michelle fell in love with this Malabrigo Worsted colorway.  She knit a pillow cover.  Isn't interesting how the color traveled across the pillow?

The noteworthy thing here is that she sewed double buttons on the front and back and tacked them across the entire top of the pillow.  Why is this noteworthy you may ask?  Because Michelle HATES sewing more than most people I know.  Well done!

Dog approved.

And speaking of dogs, here are the beasty boys having a three-way tug of war.
Can you believe how big Tucker is now?  He's a small moose!
