Wednesday's Stitch and Chat

Mary finished the first part of the Road Map Scarf, I think it's going to be really cool looking.
She's working on the Hankie Pankie Blankie, an adorable play mat for "tummy time".  She's knitting it in Classic Elite Sprout yarn.  A terrific textured bulky yarn.

Mary always brings me interesting things.  This clipping is from an advertisement and features Jessie Hemmons, Yarn Bomber.  Imagine that as a job title.
She found purple removable tape for me; that girl knows her office supplies.  I'm a happy camper!
Joan is finishing two blankets.  The white one above is the Blue Sky Alpacas Eyelet Baby Blanket.
The second blanket is knit in Jade Sapphire Cashmere in the center.  Joan is crocheting a border with Malabrigo Rasta.  The colorway works perfectly with the blanket.  She's loving the crochet!
Michelle finished her grand-daughter's blanket. She loved it and last night it had magical powers. She was not feeling well. She got into bed used it and it made her feel better and this morning she was all better. All because of the blanket's magical powers.  Mimi's blankets are the best!
