Mary tried the hat on, she's more of a Dixie Chick.
I loved that Elizabeth and Mary were both wearing sweaters they knit.
Now that Mary went up a needle size and is using a needle with a more pointed tip, she's cruising on her Lizard Ridge squares. She's passed the halfway point with 13 out of 24 squares done.

She reached the lace border section on her All Shawl, unfortunately she only had one page of the pattern with her and not the one we needed.
The village confirmed it; Lois reached the required 7" she needed on the front border and could (finally) bind off. She and Linda compared notes on their Kimonos.
Linda was beginning to lament not putting the black garter border on the cuffs and bottom of her Kimono. We nipped that sentiment right away and Linda stated "there is no better or best".
Margarita began her Crocheted Chevron Cowl from Knit Simple Winter 2010; she's crocheting it in Rowan Lima.
We attracted a lot more attention than usual today. Several woman came to look at what we were making. One woman wanted to know if I would sell my Infinite Cabled Cowl. We referred people to Westport Yarns and learned/shared new IPad tricks.

I like the peep le vest, but then I've always been a sucker for link stitch. I love your cowboy hatted lady.
