This is a picture of the cow head for Robin's lovey. The picture came out looking very strange. The yellow yarn is for duplicate stitching and the little piece pinned to the head gets sewn on.
She was furiously knitting to reach 55" on her Silk Alpaca Ruffle Scarf. She wants to get going on the ruffle. It's knit in Blue Sky Alpaca & Silk.
Michelle began her own Soft & Drapey Shrug knit in Pearl Rhapsody and Silk Pearl in the same blue/black colorway.
She finished her Sine Cosine Sweater knit in Quartz. (There seems to be a theme with this yarn today). She worked a round of reverse single crochet along the hemline of the sweater.I showed Robin this really great book with patterns for baby/toddler socks: Krause -Cute Knits For Baby Feet
. The patterns use mostly dk weight yarn. Great for leftover yarn from knit baby gifts. I'd like to organize a day when we all bring in stash yarn and make boxes of cute baby socks..
