Look at how awesome Michelle's afghan came out. She knit it with Plymouth Jeannee yarn.

Michelle brought her Knitting Central Shrug knit in Tahki Bali and Filatura Di Crosa Semana. We got one seam sewn and once the other is done, she'll crochet the edging. I'm 2/3 done with the shrug I'm making for my daughter. She needs it in 2 weeks. Nothing like deadline knitting. It's thankfully a mindless pattern (free with purchase of yarn at Knitting Central).

Mary brought in her Be Sweet Fine Shawl with Slubs in Be Sweet Slubby yarn and Extra Fine Mohair. It's really pretty.

She's 2/3 of the way done with the wedding garter she's knitting. She bought both blue iridescent beads and a thin blue ribbon (couldn't make up her mind).

Mary brought more magazine pictures of potential designs for us to make. These guys keep me hopping for sure. I haven't even finished the most recent request by Michelle; a crocheted vest.
Diane joined us today, she's coming back to the knitting fold. She learned years ago as a child. Before coming she started a boucle scarf in garter. We worked on reviewing all the basics: purl st, casting on, binding off, increasing, decreasing, and fixing mistakes. I always find that although the mind might seem to have forgotten, the fingers remember. Diane picked up everything really quickly and is ready to start a project.
