Three Hook(er) Square

We're into our 4th session of the Crocheted Sampler Afghan Class at Knitting Central. Michelle is using Tahki Torino Worsted. For a person who wasn't comfortable with single crochet a short while ago, Michelle W. is doing really well.
Michelle B. is crocheting with Artyarns Supermerino. She's combined a multi with 3 solids and the result is wonderful. Here is her layout for putting the afghan together.
Beth is crocheting with Tahki Tweedy Alpaca. I love how the browns play off eachother.
We worked on a square called St. Petersburg from 200 Crochet Blocks for Blankets, Throws, and Afghans: Crochet Squares to Mix and Match by Jan Eaton. The square is a "3 hook" square for level of difficulty. Everyone learned the new stitches quickly and the results were fun and unique.
