Come Monday

Yesterday, two customers from Knit Together joined us.

Sally was working on a really chic cowl neck pullover with an asymmetrical hem. She's knitting it in Plymouth Baby Alpaca dk.

Kimberly brought the Colinette Ab Fab Afghan to work on in beautiful green shades.

Michelle finished a pair of booties in Torino for a baby shower. They look really sweet with the ribbon tied in a bow. Mary, you tie a perfect bow!
Over the holidays she visited a yarn shop in Dorset, VT called the Black Sheep. She found a couple of new patterns and some great baskets.

She's going to knit the sweater "Sonia" from Debbie Bliss' Luxury Collection Book. I saw two patterns I liked, Win and Alex.

Mary picked up this beautiful skein of Schaefer Yarns, Elaine. Mary is a girl after my own heart. She bought it because she liked the colors. :)
She might knit it in the same pattern as the scarf below. A really interesting bobble stitch.
She's also been working on a basketweave sweater coat pattern. The yarn is Ironstone Island Cotton.
She was also about to start on the Jimmy Beans Wool Sweater pattern. The sweater is knit from the top down. Mary is going to knit it in Plymouth Jeannee.

Elizabeth came by too and brought the infamous one button sweater. She has a beautiful Moving Mud hand blown glass button that she bought without a sweater in mind. She has been in search of a one button scarf. Presently working on the Lynton Sweater Rowan RYC Coast Pattern Booklet, in Cashmerino Aran. The back is done. I thought she could frame the button.
