Robin began her
fetching gloves from Knitty. She's knitting them in this great charcoal color from Debbie Bliss
Cashmerino. She missed half the cables on the first cable row and we had to take it back.
Robin wasn't loving the 3
dpn + cable needle, more juggling than knitting.

When it was time to begin the hood in the Blue Sky Baby
Hoodie pattern, we realized that too many
sts went into the 3
ndl bind off for the shoulders. While she juggled her needles, I reworked the shoulders and now she's onto the hood. The sleeves are done, so it's just hood and ribbing. Robin is knitting this in
Tahki Torino.

Mary began knitting the quick "All about the button"
neck warmer pattern (for free pattern,
click here)that I wrote based on an advertisement she brought in. The yarn is Lorna's Laces Shepherd Bulky and it is wonderfully soft. I wore it all day and it didn't itch. I want to knit more with this yarn.

Mary finished one of these adorable mini-mittens when she arrived and quietly knit the other one while we were together. She's thinking of using a
dk weight yarn and #3 needles instead of the double fingering weight. More fun, less struggle.
Michelle was working on her husband's vest from No Sheep for You in Plymouth Mainland. She did up the shoulders (love that 3 needle bind off) and began picking up for the neck. Home stretch!
She also was working on the Love it! Baby Sampler Blanket by Lynn Wilson in Plymouth
Jeannee. Michelle whisked both her projects away before I could get any pictures.
