One of thes things is not like the other

Today it was Elizabeth, Sara, and I. Just as well! Elizabeth came with the works.
First we looked at the sweater she's knitting fro the Reynolds Lopi book #26. The pattern is a cardigan (#24). She's done the tube of the body. Once she attaches the sleeve, she'll knit the fair isle yoke.

She managed to do a great jogless stripe. They're nice and even. She's going to steek the opening of the cardigan. Steeks freak me out. Elizabeth is "so over cutting her knitting". She sews well, so that gives her an advantage.

Here's the next block for her travelling blocks group from Ravelry. The stitch is from the book 200 knitted blocks. It was a nice stitch.

Elizabeth tried out two different joins on her Artyarns Kaleidoscope crocheted scarf. We both liked the one with the dark rose center. I also reminded her how one of the other women in our class joined hers. Sandy did something completely different that she found by looking at a tutorial on the website Jimmy Beans Wools.

The crowning issue to deal with was a Rowan pattern that was very confusingly written. We worked it out and should be done soon.

Sars is toknitting this sweater for her Sister-in-law. It's a basketweave knit with Debbie Bliss Chunky.

Robin stopped by the store this week and finished her baby sweater and booties. It came out really adorably!

I am too pooped to contine! Night.
