My Knitting Roots

I had dinner with my parents the other night and my mother wore this fantastic Kaffe Fasset jacket that she knit for my father years ago. She's since taken eminent domain over the jacket. About the same time she made this, I had started a Kaffe Fasset sweater too. I think that my sweater went into the long-term parking lot and never came out.

I forgot how great looking her sweater is. Maybe now that I've written this she'll come back to knittig. I'm wearing a shawl pattern written by one of the customers at Knitting Central.
