Michelle met me with her double point needles in hand, ready to start the Lion Brand Knit Spiral Throw. It starts out on double points with 8 sts on 4 needles and increases out. She couldn't get it to work and asked me to give it a go. I had to succeed to save face! This is the same blanket that Mary started in the spring. (I think that one is in long-term parking.) It is very clumsy getting this blanket started. After 4 rows Michelle took over and worked up through the first color change.
She's knitting it with the left over yarn from her Sublime Organic Cotton DK blanket, knit in the Be Sweet Bambini pattern. This is one of the finer blankets I've seen, the yarn makes it.
Claudia knit through one skein of Araucania Nature Cotton Yarn making her scarf. I know how much she loves the color and yarn, I'm she's making something for herself.
Elizabeth worked on her grandson's sweater for a while. Her gauge o her sweater was alttle off. We figured out it was because the difference that changing double pointed neede and

She worked up a gauge in MinnowMerino yarn, icy blue, to knit the Minnow Knits Cable Cuddle #214QK Sweater.
